He-e-e-e-ere’s Lassie!

The girls were watching Lassie (yes it’s still on TV – a sarcastic THANK YOU to PBS) and there was a crocodile on it.  The girls were a little nervous.

So in response, to comfort them in this terrifying moment, I took a picture, and Ben made this face:

We’re all about support in this family.  I kid.  I obviously gave them each a hug and told them that crocodiles only get kids who don’t listen to their mom.  Haha.  Happy Easter!

  1. I love today’s photo of your girls. Ben is pretty cute too, don’t get me wrong, but I love that you captured that moment (in writing and with a picture). I love that you took a photo of your girls doing something pretty typical and yet it has such a story. I love that your girls sit so close to one another. I am glad I checked out your blog today.
Erika and Andrea Lawrance dropped by today, and when they asked where my kids were, I directed them up to my bedroom where Isaac and Ireland were cuddling, eating breakfast and watching cartoons. Erika asked if I was going to take a photo of them. I told her that the thought crossed my mind, but I have a million photos of their sibling love, so I turned my attention to taking a pic of their art wall, so it could be dismantled and recycled (shh!). Erika took a pic on her phone.
    Happy Tuesday!
